myPerformance - Taking Performance Management Online

We are pleased to announce the launch of Johns Hopkins’ myPerformance, a new online performance management system, powered by SuccessFactors. This web-based tool facilitates the ongoing performance management cycle of goal-setting, feedback, and evaluation that optimize an individual’s progress towards organizational goals.

myPerformance also offers an easy, intuitive user experience, ensures legal and regulatory compliance, helps managers assess and compare their team members’ performance, and simplifies the review process.

myPerformance is being made available to all university staff as part of a three-year rollout plan. A pilot phase was initiated in February of this year. Feedback from our pilot areas regarding their experience using myPerformance has been extremely positive. We are planning to rollout the second phase of myPerformance beginning in June of this year. A final phase is planned for June 2015, primarily for the School of Medicine. (Johns Hopkins Health System is currently rolling out a similar process).
