Paying for Your Child’s College Education: Financial Aid
The cost of financing a child's college education has become increasingly expensive, and with the current economic downturn, traditional means of paying for college may not be as easily attainable. In this workshop you will learn how the financial aid system works; why it is important to complete the FASFA; and how to become eligible for tuition discounts, state grants, endowment awards, and more.

Simple and Easy Changes for Healthy and Eating
In today's fast-paced, pre-packaged world, people often believe they have to sacrifice abundant health and wellbeing in the interests of convenience and time savings. However, by making several small changes over time it is easy and painless to start down the road to abundant health and wellbeing!
In this session we will examine 12 ways to meaningfully improve the health of you and your family without substantial time or financial commitments. Topics will include:
- How to incorporate more raw fruits and vegetables into your diet
- The importance of good water and where to get it
- How much protein we really need and the best sources
- Replacing junk food
- Spices and superfoods
- Helpful equipment
