University Wellness Programs, Resources and Discounts!

Take advantage of the wellness programs, resources and discounts that are available to JHU employees. Most of the on campus programs are offered to benefits eligible faculty and staff members at a 50% discounted rate. Get a head start on your New Year’s resolutions and register today for classes starting in January!

On campus programs: Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga, Seated Massage, Weight Watchers, Muscle Toning and Conditioning, Cardio Fusion, Zumba and Monday Mile Walking Routes.

Off campus programs: Fitness Center Discounts, the Healthy Start Program through the MAC and Smoking Cessation Programs.

Visit the benefits website to view class descriptions, flyers, and pricing, and register for a class through the online registration system while you are there.
