Get Ready for 2013 Annual Enrollment

Now is a good time to take a fresh look at your benefit options by:

  • Exploring the myChoices tab on the Benefits website, finding out what’s new and checking out the new resources,
  • Comparing the features and pricing of your medical plans and other benefit choices, and
  • Choosing the benefits that are best for you and your family once enrollment begins on October 19.

Here is a quick overview of your resources to explore, compare, and choose your 2013 benefits:

  • Decision Guide: The decision guide provides a brief overview of everything that’s changing for 2013 and how those changes may affect you.
  • Health Care Premium Net Impact Tool: By selecting your salary level, current plan and coverage level, you’ll see how your 2013 medical plan premiums compare to what you paid in 2012.
  • Medical Plan Cost Estimator Tool: With this tool, you’ll get a personalized view of your benefit options. It allows you to estimate your plan usage and see how costs compare across each of the plans.
  • Medical Plan Coverage Comparison Tool: Compare all of the medical plans side by side, so that you can determine what’s best for you and your family’s health care needs.
  • Annual Enrollment Town Halls: We’ve planned a full schedule of town hall meetings around campus beginning September 27. Reserve your space now by clicking here.
  • The benefits website is the place to find all of your benefits resources, plan information, and tools. It’s all in one place!
  • Benefits Fairs: Join us for one of our annual Benefits Fairs. The Benefits Fairs offer you an opportunity to ask your benefits-related questions face to face with benefit provider representatives, some JHU departments, and members of the Benefits Service Center. Mark your calendars:
