Johns Hopkins receives national recognition for work-life progress (March 2015)

Breastfeeding Support Program (March 2015)

This year the AWLP also honored Johns Hopkins with the Innovative Excellence Award for our Breastfeeding Support Program. This program has built an infrastructure of support for new moms from the beginning of breastfeeding through the first year of work postpartum. The Office of Work, Life and Engagement offers support through 14 Mother’s Rooms across campuses, breast pumps for a reduced price, and a vending machine with breastfeeding supplies.
