WageWorks Filing Deadline

April 30, 2013 is the deadline for submitting 2012 claims to WageWorks for your health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts. Eligible health care and dependent care expenses must have been incurred from January 1 - December 31, 2012. Participants with remaining balances will need to complete the appropriate Pay Me Back form in order to receive reimbursement. HR Policy Amended

Effective February 1, 2013, the JHU Human Resources Policy Manual was amended by adding 9-10 months policy and procedures. The policy was developed in response to inquiries received regarding positions needed only during the academic year. The approved policy and procedures provide definition of the positions and related employment procedures and benefits.
