We are not making many changes to our benefits program for 2015. With the few changes in mind, now is a great time to look back at the past year and consider if you need to update your coverage.

All benefits information and tools are available on Be sure to check out the Medical Plan Coverage Comparison tool (MPCC) to see your options side-by-side or use the Medical Plan Cost Estimator (MPCE) to estimate your 2015 out-of-pocket costs and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) contributions.

It’s also important to consider other coverage options, such as coverage through your spouse/domestic partner or the Health Insurance Marketplace. However, if you’re a full-time employee, the Marketplace is probably not your most cost-effective choice. If you don't enroll, your current elections will carry over into 2015 with the new rates that are effective on January 1, 2015. Your FSA will NOT carry over unless you actively enroll with one exception. New for 2015, current Health Care FSA participants can rollover up to $500 in 2014 contributions into the 2015 plan year. This rollover will occur automatically for 2014 remaining account balances up to $500.
