HR Policies Amended
The amendment to Section 12 of the Personnel Policy item A.1 of the HR Policy Manual referring to holidays has been amended effective July 1, 2013. The definition of Commencement Day is amended to indicate it is observed by departments located on the Homewood Campus, including Housing and those departments located in the Wyman Building.

The amendments to Sections 10 and 11 of the Personnel Policy have been made to vacation use and accrual for staff hired after July 1, 2013 to allow staff to use accrued vacation after successfully completing the introductory period; vacation accrual maximums have been amended to limit at 22 days per year and maximum number of accrued unused vacation leave that can be paid at termination to staff hired or reinstated on or after July 1, 2013.
- Section 10: Termination and Section 11: Vacation of the Human Resources Policy Manual has been amended effective July 1, 2013.
- Section 11, item B.3 is being amended to state that staff are eligible to take vacation leave following 120 days of continuous service.
- Section 11 item B.4 states that the maximum accrued vacation leave is 22 days for staff hired or reinstated on or after July 1, 2013.
- Section 10 item F.2 and Section 11 items D.1 and D.2 identify the maximum number of accrued unused vacation leave that can be paid at termination to staff hired or reinstated on or after July 1, 2013.
