Use Your Lunch Hour to Learn from Experts

The Office of Work, Life and Engagement schedules local experts for hour-long workshops starting at noon on the Homewood and East Baltimore campuses. Workshop topics focus on aging, finances, parenting, personal and legal preparedness, wellbeing, as well as other issues.

In January, workshops include: Beating Post-Holiday Stress, Financing Your Child’s College Education – Part III, and Things You Should Know before Purchasing a Home. In February, you can select from Raising Financially Responsible Children and Tips and Tricks for Car Buying. Bicycle Commuting in Baltimore and Growing Vegetables from Seeds are two of the March workshops.
