Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) develops computer applications and manages information resources to support the diverse needs of the Johns Hopkins University and Human Resources.

Our role is to develop and implement systems that are content-rich, user-friendly and provide accurate and complete information to meet the needs of all users.

We are committed to use the best available resources and employ best practices for data management.

We aim to provide Human Resources staff with efficient tools and appropriate support structures for administering information.

HRIS also works to promote greater collaboration, consistency and integration of information among Human Resources offices and other offices of the Johns Hopkins Institutions.

We are a proactive and responsive team working to meet these goals through effective planning, design, implementation and training while keeping abreast of evolving technologies.
