From now through the spring of 2015, the Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT) will be conducting a thorough evaluation of HR's structure, processes and tools to ensure that the university's HR function delivers services in the best possible way. The process includes: benchmarking; feedback from internal/external stakeholders; evaluation and redesign of HR processes, structure and tools; and a talent assessment (to ensure that the right people are in positions that match their skills). It's part of a multi-year effort to redesign HR to be more effective, efficient and aligned with the university's strategy.
